Plans are customised to your experience level, roster, occupation, lifestyle, camp gym facilities and food available. We have experience in the the FIFO lifestyle with job roles underground in development mining and maintenance roles. We know what it takes to continue to live a fit and healthy lifestyle while working away facing mental and physical challenges along the way that can come with this life.
 
We can gurantee that nobody else can offer and provide what is needed than someone who lives the FIFO lifestyle themsleves.
 
How it works
Once purchased you will be sent a link to download a questionnaire, once you have completed questionnaire I am then able to start your plan, this will be assigned sent through a downloadable PDF within 7 days. 
 
You will receive a total of 6 diet plans:
